HireRight Web Redesign
Company Overview
HireRight is one of the leading global employment background screening provider serving all types of industry organizations and sizes, from enterprise to small/medium businesses. Our goal is to help organizations hire quality talents and minimize risk as well as help job candidates have a positive and smooth experience.
Goal
The main goal for site redesign was to eliminate any unnecessary or confusing interactions and to make the path to conversion clear. We also rebranded the site shortly after the redesign with the new logo in early 2019.
There were a lot of repetitive elements in the site and unnecessary paginations so we focused up on clearing the clutter and reorganizing based on which pages were most useful for the visitor.

New Contact Us page
Challenge: To reduce number of job applicant inquiries falling into the sales funnel
Solution: Remove the contact us dropdown that only listed an unlabeled phone number and two other contact links to clarify the path within a single Contact Page; Selecting an option will route them to the user’s necessary form or resource page
